Our team has extensive experience in design, development and manufacturing, and we support various OEM oil coolers and fuel heaters within their associated commercial platforms (Boeing, Airbus, Bombardier & Embraer).
AMETEK MRO is the only third-party shop in the world that offers DER core replacement and retubing capabilities for aircraft fuel heaters and oil coolers. We are also one of the few shops with the ability to produce our own cores in house.
AMETEK MRO has put a lot of work into developing DER repairs as innovation has always been a cornerstone to our success. This innovation is best reflected in our core replacement program called Nu-Matrix™.
Nu-Matrix is the trademark name for our core replacement process. Our Nu-Matrix program replaces the old core matrix, restoring the unit back to zero time. Nu-Matrix units are returned to service via FAA approved data and procedures.
