2021 marks my sixth year with ANTAVIA, a global provider of MRO services and repair specialist for commercial airlines, business jets, military, and governmental wheel & brakes. Our team specializes in capabilities such as wheels and brakeshydraulicslanding gearcabin equipmentlighting systemselectronicselectrical power, and rewinding.

We recently celebrated an exciting milestone of 40,000 aircraft wheel repairs, supplied to more than 200 customers worldwide. As we reflect on this achievement, it reminds me of the value ANTAVIA delivers to our customers every day.

 Take a moment and think about your favourite coffee shop. It is probably your favourite for a few reasons. First and foremost, I assume they deliver a delicious, high-quality cup of coffee each and every time you visit. I imagine they are also located in a convenient area of town - whether on your way to work or close to home. ANTAVIA offers that same, quality experience but in an MRO setting.

Location, Location, Location

ANTAVIA has two strategic sites in France, including Toulouse and Paris. These locations are carefully selected to offer best-in-class service to our customers, including airlines, airframes, ISPS, brokers, and more. Last week, we announced ANTAVIA’s move to a larger, new wheel & break MRO facility at Paris CDG. The 2,500 sq.m premises has been seamlessly brought on-stream as the ANTAVIA team of engineers transitioned from the smaller repair shop nearby, and all workspaces have been redesigned following LEAN/5S principles. Since ANTAVIA is part of the AMETEK MRO group, we can invest with confidence. This not only benefits our European customers, but it underpins the expanding support programmes that we deliver for the European operations of US/Canadian airframers.

Door to Door Shuttle Service

Between Paris LBG and Paris CDG, ANTAVIA runs a shuttle service taking the logistics pressure off our customers and allowing our team to do the heavy lifting. This enables ANTAVIA to pick up your broken or defective aircraft components and bring them directly to our shop for repair or overhaul. Once the MRO service has been completed by our team of technicians, ANTAVIA uses the same shuttle service to deliver your like-new components back to your company’s doorstep.

Unmatched Turnaround Times

Turnaround times are another reason our customers come back to ANTAVIA time and time again. We recognize the need for airplanes to take off on time and in safe conditions. It happens almost every day where wheel repairs arrive in the morning, and we ensure they are ready to go back to our customers that same afternoon.
